This Neapolitan kitchen suffered from dated decor and insufficient space, especially around the refrigerator. The layout was impractical, featuring a single oven and a small island. An unstructured staircase wall covered the space, further reducing its potential. The homeowner also had a unique request for a collection of sentimental anniversary plates, which we decided to fulfill.
Transformed into a spacious, functional and beautiful interior, this reimagined kitchen and dining area now boasts expanded surface space, an externally vented hood and a larger island. Adding a double oven and microwave boosts cooking capabilities, while knocking down the stairwell wall and reconfiguring the bedroom entry boosts openness and storage. Elegant cabinetry, a walk-in pantry and marble mosaics provide luxurious touches, along with a dedicated display area for treasured anniversary plates.
Located in the center of an open floor plan, this kitchen was part of a complete Bonita Springs renovation. The interior felt dated with its black granite counter tops and didn’t blend in with the rest of the living space. The design was functional but failed to capitalize on its central location, while the integration of storage and appliances left much to be desired in terms of aesthetics and utility.
Revived with white Dura Supreme cabinetry and elegant Marble Works Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, this kitchen now shines as the beautiful heart of the home. A striking Waterjet marble mosaic tile in a vertical arrangement adds visual appeal and texture. Household appliances are combined with the corresponding panels of the cabinet. Meanwhile, the reimagined pantry, which seamlessly matches the style of the kitchen, incorporates an elegant dry bar with integrated wine and beer refrigerators.

This kitchen in Bonita Springs had an outdated stove with limited flow, inadequate ventilation and limited prep space. Homeowners were particularly hampered by the gap between the existing kitchen island and the perimeter cabinets.

A new ventilation system and expanded preparation area transformed the kitchen into a comfortable and spacious culinary retreat. Completing this update is a stunning full-height marble backsplash with gold inlays and custom shaker-style cabinetry that pair well with the carefully maintained hardwood floors.

Tired of poor natural light and a non-functional shower, the owners of this bathroom wanted a luxurious interior that matched their practical and aesthetic aspirations. Aside from being dated and dark, the space needed to be made more efficient with adequate storage and the removal of an unwanted walk-in shower.

We transformed the space into a bright, modern bathroom with double vanity showers, eliminating the outdated pull-down and dated glass blocks. A luxurious freestanding bath and separate vanities now provide plenty of space and comfort. A careful redesign around existing windows and doors maximizes functionality and natural daylight, while contributing to the spa feel of the bathroom. A tankless water heater adds modern efficiency.

The homeowners wanted a timeless, transitional style with plenty of natural light and a relaxed feel with sleek, modern details. Existing fixtures, cabinets and finishes fell short of this vision.
A spa-like atmosphere is created with dark maple Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Java finish, Crema Marfil marble countertops and luxury gold fixtures. Additional features include twin brass wall sconces and a gold chandelier that centers the space. Now the space reflects timeless elegance and transitional high-end style.
The primary bathroom in this Bonita Springs home lacked the functionality and aesthetic appeal the homeowners wanted. It also feels like a constant struggle to maintain due to outdated fixtures and fittings. Reconstruction of the aging site and mobility was also a top priority.
How To Make A 3 D Model Of Your Home Renovation Vision
We have transformed this bathroom into a model of modern sophistication and practicality. A bright and spacious feel was created in the primary bathroom by using light tones, durable porcelain floors and floating vanities with Cambria Quartz countertops. In addition, additional elegance has been achieved with the addition of Wave Crackle Glass Mosaic backsplash and integrated illuminated mirrors.
This bathroom was stuck in the past, with a dated beige design that lacked character and light. The old-fashioned Hollywood-style mirror lighting looked visually powerful and even added a green tint to people’s faces. The spaces were functional, but a far cry from the calm and relaxing of their favorite vacation spots.
We transformed the master bathroom into a Japanese-inspired sanctuary with fluid layouts, increased storage and a Zen-like environment. Sustainable bamboo vanities, black pagoda-inspired hardware, a ceiling-mounted showerhead that hints at rainfall, and a Japanese-style faucet with Riverstone pebble accents supported the theme.

How To Renovate Your Bathroom With Wooden Interior
If you don’t start with “why”, you’re just wasting time and money! A design that isn’t functional won’t “work” and if it doesn’t work for you, you won’t like it. Sooo, if you want your design to appeal to you, you need to think critically about your space before you begin. Ask yourself the hard questions, be realistic about the answers, and design for the person you are—not the person you want to be.
I honestly think the first thing to consider is your budget. If you want a new couch but can’t afford it, this will change the design of your room. Living room decor can add up quickly, so I suggest making a list of all the items you need and then comparing that list to what you can afford. Not funny, but very true.
I love a good jute rug. I have yet to come across a jute rug that has gone out of style. My suggestions: Take a large, inexpensive jute rug (this one is my favorite from Amazon) and cover it with smaller, fun, colorful rugs. This way you spend less and have more choices.
It’s very difficult, but resist the urge to hang the TV close to the ceiling. The biggest mistake I notice right away in the living room is when someone hangs the TV too high. A good rule of thumb is to hang the TV as low as possible.
